What to expect using Breitling Services 

Once a decision is made to restore existing pavers on a property the home/business owner would contact our team to book a consultation.  We offer free estimates on projects under the value of 1,000.00. Any project with a defined scope of work exceeding this amount will have a minimum rate charge as this process can take multiple hours to complete. If the client chooses to move forward with the work, we will deduct this charge from the project cost. 

Upon the day of the estimate, we would arrive on-time, to obtain measurements of the project area. Once the sq/footage is obtained the client would then decide upon the following details within the project.

Once all colors, materials, and desired finishes are determined we would then obtain a project deposit to secure a spot on our seasonal schedule. Once the day arrives for us to start, we will provide you with a check list to assure the jobsite is ready for us so we can provide the best quality and service. This will ultimately results in the best-looking paver driveways, aggregate cement, walk-ways, patios areas, retaining walls, and much more…

When is the best time to have this work completed ?

Please keep in mind that the paver restoration / cement sealing process is seasonal, there is a limited window of time each year for us to offer these services due to the requirement of warm temperatures, completely dry surface and set up times for sealants and sand. 

The season generally runs from late April to mid September.  From October to March the weather generally doesn’t meet the minimum requirement for sustained temperatures in the Greater Vancouver / South Surrey Area.
